Sizes on website
"It isn’t mentioned anywhere on the website that the shoe sizes are based on the US sizing standard. I purchased my usual size, and because I live in the UK and was buying from a UK website, I naturally assumed the sizes were UK sizes. Unfortunately, because this was a promotional model, I’m not even able to exchange it for the correct size. I’m now left with a pair of shoes that I cannot use and don’t need. I believe this is an issue with the information provided on the DKNY website, as the sizing standard should be clearly stated to avoid customers being misled. I have also contacted customer support by email but haven’t received any response, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I’m very disappointed with this experience. I would have expected much clearer information and better customer support from DKNY, and unfortunately, this experience makes me reluctant to purchase anything from the website again."
