I paid for this item, but it was never received

"I paid for this item, but it was never received. All three packages from my order are marked as delivered, yet none of them could be found at the reported delivery location, even after my freight forwarding company sent an employee to check in person. I have contacted DKNY customer service multiple times, but my issue remains unresolved and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. I would think twice before ordering from DKNY again."
