Cookie Policy

Updated: March 25, 2025

This Cookie Policy explains how AM Retail Group, Inc. (“AMRG,” “we” or “us”) and our third-party partners use online identification technologies on our websites (collectively referred to as “Websites”).

We utilize online identification technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, or pixels, on our Websites if you have consented to such technologies. Cookies are commonly-used, small text, image or data files placed on your hard drive by us or a third party when you visit our Websites. Cookies store information which is then sent back to our servers or those of third parties. Some cookies are required for certain uses of the Websites.

We may use functional cookies and cookies from third parties for analysis and marketing purposes. Functional cookies enable certain parts of the Websites to work properly. Analysis cookies collect information on how visitors use the Websites, the content and products that users view most frequently, and the effectiveness of our third-party advertising. Advertising cookies assist in delivering ads to relevant audiences and having our ads appear at the top of search results. Cookies are either “session” cookies which are deleted when you end your browser session, or “persistent” cookies, which remain until their deletion by you or the party who served the cookie.

We may link the information collected by cookies with other information we collect from you pursuant to our Privacy Policy and use the combined information as set forth therein. Similarly, the third parties who serve cookies on our Websites may link your name or email address to other information they collect, which may include past purchases made offline or online, or your online usage information.

As described in more detail below, we may use these technologies to:

  • Enable basic functioning of our Websites.
  • Recognize new or past customers.
  • Store your password if you are registered on our Websites.
  • Improve the Websites and better understand your visits on our platforms.
  • Integrate with third-party social media websites.
  • Serve you with interest-based or targeted advertising (see below for more on interest-based advertising).
  • Observe your behaviors and browsing activities over time across multiple websites or other platforms; and
  • better understand the interests of our customers and Website visitors.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Data

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information to third parties. Cookies can collect information for analytics and personalize your experience with targeted ads (as discussed in more detail below). You may exercise your right to opt out of the sale of personal information by using toggle switch to decline targeting cookies in the cookie settings. If you opt out, we will not be able to offer you personalized ads and will not hand over your personal information to any third parties.

If you have enabled opt-out preference signals on your browser (such as Global Privacy Control), we take that as a valid request to opt-out. Therefore, we would not be able to track your activity through the Websites. This may affect our ability to personalize ads according to your preferences.

We engage in interest-based advertising.

Subject to any consent preferences that you may exercise, we and our partners display interest-based advertising using personal information gathered about you over time across multiple websites or other platforms, including apps.

Interest-based advertising or “online behavioral advertising” includes ads that are served to you after you leave our website, encouraging you to return. They also include ads we think are relevant to you based on your browsing habits or online activities. These ads may be served on websites or apps or in emails and may be served by us or by a third party. Ads that you are served with may be about our products or other companies’ products.

To decide what is relevant to you, we use information you make available to us when you interact with us, our affiliates, and other third parties. This information is gathered using the tracking tools described above. For example, we or our partners look at your purchases or browsing behaviors. We might look at these activities on our platforms or the platforms of others.

We work with third parties who help gather this information. These third parties might link your name or email address to other information they collect. That might include past purchases made offline or online.

You can control cookie preferences.

Most browsers are set up to accept cookies, but you can change your cookie preferences through your browser settings. You can also manage your cookie consents in the cookie banner settings linked at the bottom of the Websites. You can accept all categories of cookies, or you can limit your acceptance to certain categories. By accepting a category of cookies, you consent to all cookies in this category (see detailed cookie list below). You can change your preferences and decline cookies at any time in the cookie settings.

Please note that if you decline the use of cookies, some functions of the site may be unavailable and, unfortunately, we will not be able to present personally tailored content to you. If you do not want the benefit of cookies, you can manually delete your cookies at http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/stop-cookies-installed.html, and you can visit the links below to opt-out of marketing cookies from third party behavioral advertising providers:
