How does one join the loyalty program?
Anyone who makes a purchase in-store or online when providing an email address is enrolled.
Are in-store and online purchases the same?
Yes. $50 spent online and then $50 spent in-store accumulates in your profile for 100 points earned that can be redeemed anywhere!
How are customers notified of rewards?
Emails deploy on the first of every month presenting your reward. If you are not subscribed to email, the reward is also available at checkout or can be made known by store associates. We recommend subscribing to our emails for the best experience.
Do points expire?
Yes. You must redeem your reward within 90 days of the issuance date.
Is there a point-earned limit?
There is no limit to the number of points earned, however a customer will only receive a maximum of $105 in rewards per month. For example; if you have 5,000 points, you will receive $105 reward on the 1st (-1,050 points). Then with your 3,950 points leftover, you will receive $105 again next month. This continues until the point balance is insufficient.
