DKNY, the ultimate wardrobe for the urban fashionista, and Refinery29, the go–to digital destination for all things personal style, have partnered for an essential capsule collection of handbags inspired by the stylish women of each of Refinery29’s local editions: New York, Washington, DC, Miami, Los Angeles, and London.

The collection was a natural evolution of mutual admiration between the two brands and their passion for inspired–yet–functional design. Each bag was crafted for the specific demands of living in each diverse urban landscape, where function serves as fashion and sleek lines are combined with a digital take on geometric prints. Refinery 29 editor–in–chief, Christene Barberich, and creative director, Piera Gelardi, collaborated with DKNY on these distinctive designs, which truly embody the breadth, style, and spirit of the Refinery29 reader. “We’re incredibly excited to debut this collection and to have had the chance to work so closely with DKNY, drawing inspiration from its legacy,” says Refinery29 editor, Christene Barberich. “Having the chance to express our site’s aesthetic and personality through accessories—and two original graphic prints—has been a thrill and we can’t wait to share it with our many millions of readers.”
