DKNY DELICIOUS SMS PROGRAM The DKNY Delicious SMS Program runs on the code 99134. This program is a free service provided by DKNY Fragrances. However, your mobile service provider may charge for sending and/or receiving messages and air-time. For additional questions, please send an e-mail to dkny@riproad.com.
1. DKNY Fragrances is running a mobile Sweepstakes and Alerts program via text messaging (‘Promotion’). Please note that for participating in this Promotion you may be charged a fee to send and receive messages based on the terms of your wireless service. Other charges may also apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Check your mobile service provider if you have questions about your service plan.
2. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
3. This service is available on all major carriers including Alltel, Boost, Cingular, Dobson, Nextel, Sprint, T- Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Verizon (‘Service Provider(s)’).

PRIVACY
DKNY Fragrances respects your privacy. We will only use information you provide to the Promotion to transmit your text message or as otherwise necessary to comply with law unless you opt-in to receive further communications from DKNY Fragrances. Should you decide to provide your email address or other information and opt-in to receive additional information from DKNY Fragrances, you agree to receive email announcements or additional communications from DKNY Fragrances. In addition, DKNY Fragrances may share your information with the Donna Karan Company so that you may hear of special offers from other DKNY brands. Should you choose to opt-in to receive additional communications from Sephora, such communications will be subject to the terms set forth below***. When you complete forms online or other- wise provide us information in connection with the Promotion, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Promotion and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

You can cancel your receipt of mobile alerts by sending STOPDKNY, ENDDKNY, or QUITDKNY to any text message you receive or to the shortcode 99134.
